Thank you for supporting The Fetus Film. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Return Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges for most physical products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In its original packaging

  • In resellable condition

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, or limited-edition reasons:

  • Opened or used condoms

  • Digital downloads (e.g., eBook files)

  • Press kits (free or digital versions)

  • Free items or complimentary review copies

  • Gift cards or promotional codes

  • Limited-edition or signed merchandise (unless damaged)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at joe@thefetusfilm.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • A brief description of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

4. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or want a different item, we can assist with an exchange as long as:

  • The item is in new, unused condition

  • The replacement item is in stock

  • You cover return shipping (unless we made an error)

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • We approved a return due to a manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but missing

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Carrier delays outside our control

Please contact the shipping carrier with tracking information if this occurs.
