Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting The Fetus Film. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 2–5 business days for in-stock items

  • 5–7 business days during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods

  • 7–10 business days for limited-edition or signed merchandise

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and destination.

Typical delivery windows:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business daysPriority Shipping: 1–2 business days

International

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

  • Expedited International: 3–7 business days

    (Customs delays may extend delivery time beyond our control.)

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

  • Packaging type

We do not add extra handling fees.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

5. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If you purchase pre-order or backordered items:

  • You will be charged immediately

  • Items will ship once they are available

  • Estimated ship dates will be displayed on the product page (when applicable)

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not found

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your package is missing or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We will do our best to assist, but carrier decisions are final.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

If you receive the wrong item or your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

We will send a replacement or offer a solution based on availability.

8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Any other applicable charges

These fees are not included in product or shipping prices and vary by country.

We are not responsible for packages delayed or held by customs.

9. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at joe@thefetusfilm.com.

Once an order is shipped, we cannot change its destination.
